Guess the Location…Answered

Earlier this week, I posted a gallery of shots taken while location scouting with Olivia (another variation of one of those shots is above). I thought the spot where these pictures were taken was unusual and asked if anyone could guess where it was. Well, it didn’t turn out to be as mysterious as I thought as two people correctly guessed the location within the first couple of hours of posting.

The pictures were taken in a parking garage. We were scouting downtown Franklin, and Olivia had suggested trying several spots within the public garage next to the courthouse. One of our clients has requested a session in a warehouse / industrial style location, and Olivia wanted to see how these would turn out. There are multiple actual warehouse options in the Nashville / Franklin area, but most of these charge large fees for professional photography. The public garage is free if you have a photo permit from the city of Franklin. Since it is in downtown Franklin, the building is much nicer than a typical public parking garage, and very much has a warehouse type vibe.
